Since 1989, the Scalise family has been cultivating a dream: to make Calabrian gastronomic culture known, in Italy and in the world.

Born as a small factory dedicated to the transformation of agricultural products, today we are an established manufacturing reality, a point of reference in the processing of the Calabrian pepper and other Calabrian treasures.
