This traditional handmade sausages are well recognise for their fragrant and authentic flavour. It is usually cooked for soups or legumes. It is a traditional Italian ingredient from 1745. Our providers are family farms producers that follow for generations the same process. The part of the meat are composed by the pork hind ham hock and the rind meat. Its process follow the same traditional way, composed by natural aromas, fine minced and filled in natural casings. This meat is curated for 10 days. The traditional way of cooking is stewing with legume such as lentils. However are a delicious option for frying and complementing with vegetables or mash potato.
- Friying: 10 min approximately, medium gas.
