Galbani Bel Paese is a semi-soft cheese. It is similar to mozzarella with a buttery flavour. You can slide it and eat it as a snack as well as spread it on bread.
The skilful combination of milk, salt and rennet makes it a product with an unmistakable taste, recognizable even with "closed eyes". Bel Paese is unique and inimitable, precisely because of its ability to adapt to every table, every taste, at every age.
Produced in Pavia, Italy, Bel Paese is left to mature on wooden boards for more than a month, during which expert hands directly verify the seasoning.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 7 days.
