This kind of gorgonzola is a mild spicy cheese. Its texture is soft, sharp and categorised as a blue cheese. Its flavour is strong and intense with a spicy touch. Maturation process last for about 80 days. Spicy gorgonzola is really suitable as an antipasti option sharing it with italian cured sausages, cured meats and red wine.
Pasteurised milk, salt, rennet, moulds.
