The plant is located in Località Pedaggera in Capriata d'Orba, in the Novese area of Lower Piedmont which hosts other important brands in the national confectionery sector. The administrative headquarters until 2016 was in Genoa. In the multinational industrial context, procurement and production are also outsourced to plants of foreign subsidiaries. Its most famous product is the Oro Saiwa biscuit.
