Aside from chilli pepper crops, Rita Salvadori's firm also produces vegetables, olive oil, and fruit. All of the goods are made in the processing facility, which is housed in a historic Tuscan farmhouse that has been rebuilt using bioarchitectural materials and processes. Chilli pepper cultivation was a lonely, but successful, agricultural endeavour that followed three generations of producing exceptionally high grade extra-virgin olive oil. Everything started with the manufacturing of Tuscan extra-virgin olive oil seasoned with chilli pepper, which allowed us to spread the word about this organic chilli pepper grown between the sea and the hill.
