Speck Alto Adige PGI is a dry-cured, lightly smoked ham, produced in South Tyrol, northern Italy. This kind of Italian ham is made from traditional processes through being cured with salt and slight smoke method. It has juniper, rosemary and bay flavours. It is recommended enjoy it as antipasti option or a healthier pancetta replaces to add to your pasta or pizza.
