Taleggio cheese is a semi-soft type of cheese. Its flavour is fruity with a strong aroma. It maturates from six to ten weeks, following a traditional production process.
This type of cheese has a predominantly sweet flavour, with only a few sour notes, and contrasts amiably with its very intense characteristic aroma, which sometimes recalls the truffle.
