Description
Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG 2018 Lamberti is a red wine typical of Veneto, produced with Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, coming from the best vineyards of the winery in the area of the appellation. Grapes are harvested manually in early October and according to the disciplinary and the ancient family traditions, bunches are dried in boxes placed inside rooms with controlled humidity and ventilation for about 100 days.
Subsequently, a traditional red vinification takes place after which Amarone Lamberti is decanted into French oak barriques for a maturation period of 36 months. At the end, the wine is refined in the bottle for a further 12 months before being marketed. Lamberti's Amarone della Valpolicella is excellent in combination with meat or game sauces, also perfect to accompany roasted and braised game.
