Culatello DOP 100g
100g This is considered one of the finest and rare Italian ham from Parma. It taste is slightly similar to prosciutto. However Culatello is famous because of its craftsmanship and caring ageing process, to make sure its reputation of sweet and flagrancy flavours. It is perfect for an antipasti option, sharing with other sausages, olives or cheese. Additionally it makes a perfect contrast in pizzas, pasta, salads and gnocchi.
Pork, salt, pepper, fortune wine and garlic.
To best preserve the culatello, spread the cut part with a drizzle of olive oil and butter, wrap it in a cloth, preferably linen, and keep it in a cool place other than the refrigerator because it would flatten the flavor.
