Finocchiona salami with fennel seeds 100g
Tuscan artisanal salami with fennel seeds. Sweet, herby and anise aroma, Finocchiona is a cured sausage prepared through a natural process by casings and dehydration for a few months (time depends on the salami size)
It is recommended to enjoy it with other Italian sausages, olives, cheese and red wine.
As the rest of salamis, it is suitable to add to your pizza and making it slightly roasted.
Chopped pork (cheek, shoulder, or belly), fennel seeds, red wine, salt, pepper.

If the finocchiona salami remains vacuum packed, it can last up to 6/7 months in the fridge at a temperature of 4 ° / 7 ° C. Once opened, it is recommended to consume it within 4/5 weeks, keeping it wrapped in cling film or in a slightly damp cloth at the recommended temperature.
