Gallo Venere black rice 500g
Black rice is a wholegrain rice with an obvious natural black colour and a distinctive aroma of sandalwood and freshly baked bread when cooked. Its origins are in China, but it is now grown in the Po Valley of Italy.
It's known as the "Forbidden Rice of the Emperor," because it's claimed to have been consumed exclusively by him for its nutritious and aphrodisiac characteristics. This rice is high in minerals like magnesium, phosphorus, and selenium, all of which are good for our health. Natural processes in Riso Gallo allow it to be ready in just 12 minutes. It goes well with both vegetarian and fish cuisines.
Store in a cool dry place.
