Mezzaluna Ricotta Porcini e Tartufo combines the sweetness of buffalo ricotta with the aromatic flavour of mushrooms and the pungent accent of truffles. A refined fresh pasta free of preservatives, colourings, and artificial flavours, made with only the finest ingredients and treated with great care to maintain its integrity and flavour. Selected flour, high-quality semolina, and Italian pasteurised eggs from free-range hens are used to make the thin but durable pasta dough. The porous dough envelopes the ample filling, which accounts for 60% of each mezzaluna, and creates a gourmet tactile sensation on the mouth.
