Half Nduja Salami 150g
Nduja is one of the most famous Calabrian foods in the world: it is a type of pork salami prepared with roasted peppers and a mixture of spices. However, unlike other hard cured meats, 'nduja is spreadable, so it can be used in pasta sauces or on bread. Due to the high fat content, nduja does not solidify, even after months of aging. In addition, what gives it its characteristic color is the addition of abundant quantities of Calabrian bright red pepper.
