from the exciting aromatic spectrum.
VINEYARD AND LAND Lapìo, facing south-west and
Pietradefusi, with exposure to Northwest. Soil of clayey-calcareous type with the presence of a skeleton. Altitude
average of 400 mslm.
PERIOD AND HARVEST SYSTEM: Mid-October. Manual collection.
VINIFICATION AND AGING: Classic rosé vinification in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Bottle aging at least one month.
Organoleptic characteristics: Soft pink color. On the nose, delicate, intensely fruity bouquet with flavors of white peach, peony, strawberry, raspberry and plum. The soft taste with fragrant aromatic notes of wild strawberries. Exciting peach aftertaste.
Food matches: cold cuts and fresh or slightly seasoned cheeses, delicate risottos, white meats and fish-based soups.
