Montorsi Strolghino of Culatello 160g
This cured Italian meat is a traditional sausage from medieval ages from the most selected part of pork (thigh).
It has a mild and soft flavour following a short curing process. It is recommended to consume as antipasti snack and salad with a red wine.
Pork, salt, pepper, fortune wine and garlic.
To best preserve the culatello, spread the cut part with a drizzle of olive oil and butter, wrap it in a cloth, preferably linen, and keep it in a cool place other than the refrigerator because it would flatten the flavor.
