Pecorino Toscano is a semi-hard cheese, made from sheep’s milk, is the third more produced cheese in Italy. This cheese has a maturation process of twenty days and made by local farmers. As this cheese gets drier with time its flavour gets stronger. As a hard cheese is perfect for gating on pasta or adding to salad.
Pasteurised sheep’s milk, rennet, salt and enzymes.
