Smoked Provola 300g
Smoked provola is a traditional smoked provolone cheese, its presence is mostly in the south of Italy. This product is similar to mozzarella, however the production process is slightly different adding a delicious smoky flavour. This kind of cheese follows a natural traditional production, from local farms based in the south of Italy. It is used mainly in pasta, but is also suitable for salads, sandwiches, pizzas or as an antipasti option.
Pasteurised cows milk, vegetarian rennet, salt, liquid smoked flavour.
