Ventricina Spicy Salami 100g
Ventricina spicy is a classic salami made from quality pork meat that is coarsely ground and seasoned with paprika, pepper and ground chillies.
This salami is a specialty of the Abruzzo region but it is also found in Molise and Latium. Ventricina has a sweet, spicy kick that slowly develops in the mouth.
It is usually cured for around 60 days, meat is coarsely cut, belly fat is added, along with salt, pepper, chili peppers, and other spices. Ventricina is distinguished by its beautiful orange colour, sometimes bright red due to the presence of chilli.
